🇬🇧 A wonderful 250 sqm apartment, featuring entrance with a coffered ceiling bearing Renaissance stems of the Bufalini family, and the living room walls with Masonic decorations: both are protected by the Superintendent to the Umbrian Department of Artistic and Archeological Works.
From the heart of the unit there stand the master bedroom, and the large dining room (‘salone’), each with their own fireplace and 3 windows facing the Piazza.
On the opposite side, the ample dining room (also with fireplace) has direct access to the garden overseeing the Piazza, offering a striking and close view of the Rocca (Castle) above and the Duomo façade below.
A semiprofessional kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
🇮🇹 L’unità abitativa è composta da un vasto appartamento di mq 250, vincolato, nelle due parti decorate, dalla Soprintendenza ai Beni Artistici ed Archeologici dell’Umbria.
E’ costituito, nelle sue parti vincolate, da un ingresso con soffitto a cassettoni con stemmi quattrocenteschi della famiglia Bufalini e da un salotto con decorazioni parietali primo novecentesche di stampo massonico. Dal cuore dell’appartamento, si aprono la grande camera matrimoniale e l’altro ampio salone, caratterizzati dalla presenza di un camino e da tre finestre ciascuno che si affacciano sulla piazza, ed un soggiorno anch’esso con camino. Un altro locale con due divani letto matrimoniali, i servizi con doccia ed una cucina semiprofessionale completano il quadro. L’ambiente ha più accessi diretti al giardino pensile che sovrasta la piazza e da cui si gode una suggestiva (e ravvicinata!) vista della Rocca albornoziana e della facciata del Duomo.

It is composed by a large entrance leading to 2 spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a mezzanine floor with and library and bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the dining room with its original cotto fireplace. The kitchen and main living room are placed respectively on the right and on the left of the dining room and are featured by a fascinating angled ceiling. The windows of these three rooms room embrace the underneath Piazza del Duomo.
🇮🇹 Al terzo piano, sottotetto, si trova un appartamento di mq.180, a cui si accede da un suggestivo ballatoio. E’ composto da un ingresso soppalcato con camera da letto e bagno con doccia, da cui si accede alle due spaziose camere matrimoniali con servizi privati ed al soggiorno con camino. Qui si affacciano sia la cucina che il grande salone, caratterizzato da un particolare soffitto spiovente e da un altro camino. Tutta la zona giorno presenta numerose finestre che si affacciano sulla sottostante piazza del Duomo.

It is composed by the living room with twin sofa bed, the dining room, the master bedroom with a view on the Piazza, a bathroom with ample shower, and a kitchen on the ground floor characterized by an original cotto barrel vault.
🇮🇹Al mezzanino si trova la prima unità residenziale di mq.80 circa, a cui si accede anche autonomamente dalla piazza. E’ composto da un salotto, da un soggiorno con divano letto (2 posti), da una camera da letto matrimoniale con finestra con affaccio sulla piazza, da un bagno con doccia e da una cucina, al piano terra, caratterizzata da una originale volta a botte in cotto.

🇮🇹 Al primo piano è situato un miniappartamento (bilocale) di mq.30 con affaccio sulla piazza, caratterizzato anch’esso da una originale volta a botte in cotto e composto da un soggiorno/cucina, da un bagno con doccia e da un salotto/camera da letto con ampio divano letto matrimoniale.
