The Villa sits in its own land surrounded by oak & chestnut forests full of wild flowers and has

a ruined 12th century watchtower. It is 15 minutes from the centre of the medieval town of Spoleto, famous for its Festival dei Due Mondi. A perfect sightseeing base. One can walk for miles up into the Appennines with views over the Valnerina, or down to Spoleto through the forests.
