A misty morning doesn’t signify a cloudy day. But that’s not the case in Puglia today, so we opt for tickling our appetite with the delicious focaccia barese made by 😋
The focaccia changes from town to town in Puglia, but the ‘mother’ of Apulian focaccia is the Focaccia barese (from Bari). Focaccia is eating throughout the day: at aperitivo time, at lunch or dinner, even at breakfast!
Its simple, healthy and genuine few ingredients make focaccia barese unique! Apulian flour, fresh cherry tomatoes, local black olives and his majesty: our excellent olive oil! A golden and crispy treasure!

One of the most ancient Italian Carnival celebrations is in Puglia in . Putignano is a charming town in Murge Plateau , home of Trulli and karst grottoes.
Its Carnival dates back to 1394 and is the longest: it begins on December 26th and ends on Mardi Gras. During Carnival period, the town comes to life with beautiful masks and wonderful papier-maché floats made by skilled artisans!
In this great shot taken by .fornaro you can appreciate the art of making floats. This float commemorates the Kandinsky’s kiss! A majestic artwork!
So come to visit this splendid area in Carnival period. We’ll offer not only amazing sites to visit but also a tour in our ancient traditions and tasty cuisine!

Too busy to post in last days!‼️
We are checking last items on our to-do-list to welcome our guests in festive period!
Puglia is authentic and amazing at Christmas.🎄😍
We planned for our guests many experiences to let them know our traditions. They will visit the best Apulian towns where they will find Christmas markets, live nativity scenes in charming locations and traditional nativity sets made by the finest artisans of papier maché in Lecce or ceramics in Grottaglie!
They will take part to our cooking class to learn how to cook our traditional festive food, taste our wines 🍷 and they will meet the locals to experience our Christmas traditions and will have lot of fun!
