Casale della Luna is a really flawless property, perfect in every single detail. The Casale is located within a wonderful and exclusive borgo complex composed by 12 units in total, with common park of 9 hectares, 16x8 swimming pool, tennis court, vegetable garden and a permanent

caretaker dwelling the place. The complex is located in an untainted natural area at 9 km from Todi, with breathtaking views over the green Umbrian hills, dotted with fortified borgoes and castles. The interior of the country villa has been divided in a rational manner and comprises: large living/dining room with stone fireplace, large wooden table with 8 chairs, high double sloping ceilings and wide panoramatic window viewing the olive grove and underneath valley, a kitchen with direct access to the dining room and to the outdoor patio with pergola and grill, storage room, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property is completely furnished with very high quality furniture and it is inclusive of every single detail, such as large old wood wardrobes. In May 2012 the private swimming-pool with exclusive use of the villa was completed within the garden. It has size of 10x5m plus semi-circular staircase on the short side. A sunroof paved with the teak wood is built around it. Price:
June - September EUR 2750; October - May EUR 1950; (2-6 persons)
mid week + final cleaning: 125 EUR. Security deposit: 500 EUR.
