Today in Italy is Labor Day. A day that reminds us how important work is, but above all how important the people behind it are.
In hospitality, holidays are often working days. While many people are resting, there are also many who are welcoming, preparing breakfasts, setting tables, caring for details and creating beautiful moments for others.
These photos arrived this morning from our team, and they filled my heart with joy. The energy, warmth and smiles behind these moments say more than words ever could.
Days like this remind us that meaningful work is not only about what we do, but also about how we do it, and how we make people feel along the way.

Today we celebrate also our work and workers, and all the people who bring humanity, care and dignity into it every single day. 💗

After the grape harvest, we moved into the olive groves. Each olive was picked by hand and taken to the mill within hours. This patient work gave life to two different oils, each with its own character:

* Cretaiole EVOO: curated by Carlo, balanced and gently peppery, with a delicate fruitiness. An oil that brings depth and warmth to everyday cooking.
* La Moscadella Grand Cru: vibrant, fresh, intensely green. A lively oil with grassy notes, beautifully presented in small gift bottles, perfect for sharing or for your holiday table.
