Durante le nostre cooking class non si cucina soltanto:
si entra nella tradizione calabrese, si impasta la fileja fatta a mano, e altri tipi di formati di pasta,
si prepara il tortino di patate tipico di Tropea, biscotti e dolci cremosi, si ascoltano storie, si assaggia lentamente.
Un’esperienza autentica, fatta di semplicità e memoria.
