Italy’s pizza scene is seriously mind-blowing! 🇮🇹 With countless delicious regional variations, I barely scratched the surface of all the amazing places to try. Who knew potatoes on pizza could be so unbelievably good? 🥔🤤 I only wish I had more time to indulge in all the incredible options. Here are some of my favorites from our trip!
📍 Venice: Antico Forno for their deep-dish style pizza that is chewy, flavorful, and delicious!
📍 Rome: Pizzeria La Boccaccia stole a pizza my heart with their pizza al taglio, especially the creamy potato pizza. So delicious!
📍 Naples: Gino e Toto Sorbillo in Naples serves up pizza perfection. Simple, flavorful, and cooked to perfection!
📍 Florence: Gusta Pizza in Florence offers a taste of Neapolitan-style pizza with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
⭐ For a unique option try Ciro’s pizza parigina at Napoli Train Station. Imagine a savory turnover with pizza dough, ham, tomato sauce, and cheese. Totally unexpected and delicious!
