Cos’è UIPACADEMY?
UIPACADEMY by Les Clefs d'Or Italy nata nel 2020 è un'iniziativa rivoluzionaria nel panorama dell'Accoglienza turistica italiana, con l'obiettivo primario di elevare gli standard dell'industria alberghiera di lusso, attraverso la formazione obbligatoria dei nostri Concierge.
Questo progetto non solo si impegna a formarli e abilitare il loro ingresso nel magico mondo de Les Clefs d’Or, ma li rende garanti dell’Accoglienza ai massimi livelli!
Mediante l’ausilio del nostro partner certificato [un]digital Academy, abbiamo proceduto ad una attenta e accurata selezione che ha permesso ad alcuni di loro di trasformasi in abilissimi Formatori certificati, in grado di passare dal “banco” delle conciergerie a quelli delle aule formative, per erogare la nostra esclusiva e straordinaria formazione de l’Arte dell’Accoglienza, che si sviluppa anche al di fuori delle realtà alberghiere.
What is UIPACADEMY?
UIPACADEMY by Les Clefs d'Or Italy, founded in 2020, is a revolutionary project in the Italian tourism hospitality field, with the primary objective of raising the standards of the luxury hotel industry through mandatory training for our Concierges.
This project not only commits to training them and enabling their entry into the magical world of Les Clefs d'Or, but also makes them guarantors of hospitality at the highest levels!
With the help of our certified partner [un]digital Academy, we have carried out a careful and thorough selection process that has enabled some of them to become highly skilled certified trainers, able to move from the concierge desk to the training classroom to deliver our exclusive and extraordinary training in the Art of Hospitality, which also extends beyond the hotel industry.
