• Cascinale ristrutturato, completamente immerso nel verde e privo di altri edifici lungo tutto il perimetro, offre un ambiente tranquillo, silenzioso e particolarmente apprezzato dagli amanti del verde e della natura.
• La struttura si trova a 5 minuti dall’uscita dell’Autostrada A21 (USCITA Cremona Sud - 5 Km). Situata in prossimità di una principale via di snod
o (Strada Padana Inferiore), permette di raggiungere il centro di Cremona in soli 10 minuti (10 Km), e le città di Brescia, Piacenza, Parma e Mantova in poco più di mezz’ora. Siamo a breve distanza dal Circuito di San Martino del Lago e dal grande fiume Po .
• Le stanze sono fresche naturalmente durante l’estate e ben calde durante l’inverno, grazie agli spessi muri tipici dei nostri amati cascinali.

• Renovated Farmstead, completely surrounded by green areas and free of any other building all along the perimeter, offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, particularly appreciated by all nature lovers.
• The property is located 5 minutes from the exit of the A21 Motorway (EXIT “Cremona Sud”- 5 Km). Located in proximity of a major joint route (“Strada Padana Inferiore”), allows to reach the center of Cremona in just 10 minutes (10 Km), and the neighburing cities of Brescia, Piacenza, Parma and Mantova, in little more than half an hour. We are in quite near to the “Circuit of San Martino del Lago” and from the “Great River” PO.
• The rooms are naturally cool during summer and comfortably warm in winter, thanks to very thick walls typical of our beloved farmsteads.

• We will be glad to accommodate your four-legged friends (if and only if not mordacious and well-behaved).
• For our BIKERS friends – we offer, included in the price, a closed room dedicated to the shelter of your beloved two wheels. We are 10 minutes away from the CIRCUIT of San Martino del Lago (20 km). You stay here in occasion of your Circuit free practice. Your bikes and your equipments will be safe with us.
