Our home, or La Prunetina, is a haven of peace in the splendid Tuscan countryside and is an optimal point of departure to visit cities like Florence and Siena or the popular thermal baths of Monte Catini. The Mugello Valley itself is known for its art, wine and oil production, its beef and dairy products, and our surrounding forests are plentiful in funghi, wild boar, hare, blackberries and chestn

uts. There are many museums, castles, markets, vineyards and exquisite dining options to entertain the art and food lover. Directly outside our gate there are wonderful trails to explore on foot, horseback or mountain bike.
