What started out as a bare patch of earth, we have transformed into a beautiful Oasis ! We were contracted by ROC construction and our client to provide the technical advice and skill set to build a huge pond - a nature pond no less near to the Island centre stone in St.John. Excavation works were completed for us by AAL Recycling Limited The entire pond is built using a natural clay bentonite liner covered with special recycled 'cake' supplied by AAL Recycling Limited.
The 'cake' had to be independently tested to ensure it complied with the specifications we required and has proved to be a worthwhile inert material ideal for ponds !
The pond is aerated using high quality diffused aeration systems supplied by Heathland Group Limited and is due to go online soon. During construction we built various levels for deep water plants and marginals. The bank of long grass is also planted with juvenile pollinators which will mature over the course of the next three years. Hundreds of plants from Lilies, to Marsh Marigold, to Myosotis and all British native plants have been placed in the pond. And don't forget all the wild flowers too, yet to show their faces !
The pond has a fantastic bird hide built to watch all the comings and goings of birdlife as nature begins to populate the site. Beautiful pathways meander around the pond and down into the woodland.
Now its down to nature to get those plants growing and for the Dragonflies to come and visit.......

We were really proud to have been of service to Jersey Water. We were contacted to offer guidance and advice to prevent the fine mesh water screens from blocking up with heavy infestations of Algae which was causing all sorts of issues to the pumping station. After successfully treating La Hougue reservoir with Oase professional lake therapy products, we then turned our attention to the Installation of a giant bubble wall of Industrial diffusion aeration. This amazing equipment was supplied to us by Heathland Group Limited where specialist advice was also given and we worked together to provide a solution.

We are really pleased to have been chosen to produce a brand new pond for our client. Comprising of a 1.5m deep pond with a pretty patio for feeding the fishies and enjoying a nice drink in the sunshine.
A new deck was installed by Above the Board Decking with a stunning view across the pasture land. A fresh layer of new gravel was added to bring the area to life.
All new filtration systems, aeration and powerful eco pumps were Installed.
A complete new electrical set up with additional sockets for lights and other devices was Installed by DS & Vautier Electrical Ltd.
The planting consists of pretty Azaleas and Rhododendrons and a multitude of smaller flowering perennials.
And waiting to spring into life hidden beneath the gravel we transplanted a huge Gunnera Maculata which has a huge 5ft leaf spread and will look magnificent when it comes into leaf !
A glorious bed of new marginals has also been planted which will soon spring into life!
We even got the trees tidied up for the summer!

Having just completed a major build of a pond, we are delighted with the final results at Beau pre at St Mary and so is our customer !
The pond has been planted with an abundance of lilies and various Iris and stocked with a beautiful range of Blue and Golden Orfe. Twin filtration systems powered by eco friendly returnable pump systems with some beautiful Schaumsprudler fountains provide an attractive foaming jet for the eye as you approach the feature with all new electrics and pond lighting with a Lutron connection.
The pond was finished in a specific brushed slab effect specially created for us by Creative Stone Castings and the slabs are designed for rustic matt appearance and longevity, being very heavy !
It was a lot of hard work, but we are delighted with the results and how it fits in with the landscape! This pond is already home to visiting wildlife.

Our client asked us to Install a new pond for the myriad of visiting creatures she has and to resurrect a rill. On top of that we also built her a new patio so that she could enjoy her garden which is a bird haven ! Bee friendly plants were installed along with plants that can tolerate the sun and voila, a new garden was born ! The mini Gargoyle was fixed as the internal pipe was crushed and we managed to keep all the lovely moss alive so that it still looks like its been there forever!

We were pleased to have completed a big refurbishment to a pond which needed some TLC. Some serious root invasion had caused problems from a rocking tree, so it was out with the old liner and in with a new one with some big Granite pieces to make a nice spillway.

A recently finished job, just waiting for a new lawn. This pond took a severe battering in Storm Ciaron and was literally smashed when a roof landed on it ! We were contracted to rebuild and reline the pond. All new fishies, plants and so on with a great little filtration and spillway system. Now looking very modern in a sunny garden.

A busy start to the year. Just recently finished, we created this little pond for nature and of course visiting Ducks which is already given the owners immense pleasure watching the ducks exploring their new pond. of note is the inlaid gravel liner which is great for blending in with mosses and algae eventually helping such plants establish.
