Job Description: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting with booking and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinating customer travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Processing bookings and payments.
• Preparing and distributing travel documents.
• Coordinating with suppliers and partners.

Requirements:
• Five-year residency is not required; however, applicants must already reside in Jersey.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
