We just launched a bank. 🏦

Okay, maybe we didn't. Neo Bank isn't real, so please don't send us your any money (unless you REALLY want to).

But the AI concierge inside it is very real. It's built with the new Helix iOS SDK, which drops flight and hotel booking straight into someone else's app:

✈️ Lives in the app's own Concierge tab
🏠 The home screen knows about your trip
🎨 Light, dark, navy or your own colours
🔐 Users sign in once. To you.

Swipe to see it in action →

If you run an app and want travel in it, real bank or not, have a look: https://heyhelix.ai

Imagine you're booking a trip, you're on a call with a friend who makes a suggestion (e.g. flights, villa, whatever)... they don't read out the description in fine detail... they share it in the chat. Pictures or links. We often use both voice and chat simultaneously, without really thinking about it.

Excited to share progress with Helix's unique voice & chat user experience... not voice OR chat... voice AND chat... not something you can do with ChatGPT or Claude (they make you choose... one or the other - example in comments...)

Coming very soon to Staynex Black ✨

You've never booked a hotel. Not once, ever. You may have booked a ROOM in a hotel. And you probably booked the wrong one.

I don't care if my room has a hair dryer, but Sterling (our very real CFO) does! 😅

Sterling asked Helix once. Now, every trip, every city, Helix suggests rooms with a hair dryer. Along with his floor preference, his coffee requirement, and his very specific feelings about pillows...

The Hilton Midtown New York has 50+ room types. You scrolled past 49 of them in about 4 seconds and picked the one with a photo that looked nice. No idea what's actually in it.

Now imagine you're a corporate travel manager. Thousands of bookings a year. Every traveller has different needs, and they're all doing the same blind scroll.

Corporate travel booking is broken because it treats every traveller the same. We built Helix to learn your preferences explicitly AND implicitly; the ones you mention and the ones you don't, and match you to the right room, not just the right hotel. In policy. No guesswork.

Sterling gets his hair dryer. I get a room without one. All in policy. Everyone's happy. Thank you Helix 🙏 🥰

Employees shouldn’t need training to book a flight.

They should just type:
“Flight to Madrid Thursday after 10am. Back Saturday before 2pm.”

Done.

✈️ In-policy options surfaced instantly
💸 Best price automatically prioritised
🛡 Policy checked in real time
📊 Spend visible before it happens

No portals to learn.
No manual approvals.
No expense surprises.

This is what AI-powered business travel should look like.

Travel policy shouldn’t be arbitrary. It should be intelligent.

Most companies still manage travel with:
☹️ Static hotel caps
😤 Rigid flight rules
🥱 Endless approval exceptions
😡 Frustrated travellers
🫣 Finance teams chasing unpredictability

At Helix, we do it differently.

Our approach combines:
✈️ Lowest Logical Fare (LLF)
🏨 Dynamic Hotel Rate Caps

What does that mean in practice?
✔ Fairness to travellers
✔ Fewer manual exceptions
✔ Policy that adapts to the market
✔ Predictable, controllable spend for Finance

This isn’t “travel booking software.”

It’s travel managed as infrastructure — intelligent, data-driven, and governance built in by design.

Travel approvals shouldn’t be a bottleneck.

Yet in most organisations, they are.

❌ Endless email threads.
❌ Missing context.
❌ Manual policy checks.
❌ Delayed bookings.
❌ Rising fares while managers “review.”

At Helix, approvals are built for clarity and speed.

✅ Full booking context visible in one screen
✅ Policy violations clearly flagged
✅ Budget impact transparent
✅ One-click approve or reject
✅ Automatic enforcement at booking

No chasing.
No guesswork.
No hidden risk.

Managers get confidence.
Finance gets control.
Travellers get speed.

This is what AI-native travel governance looks like — instant, intelligent, infrastructure-grade.

If approvals are slowing your business down, it’s time to rethink the system behind them.
