It’s been exactly one month since Hurricane Melissa. 🇯🇲❤️‍🩹 They say time heals, but in St. James, we are still counting the days. 🗓️

Walking out onto the terrace that first morning was terrifying. We didn’t know what we would find. But then we saw it. The view. 🌊

The trees are fewer, and the scars on the hill are still fresh, but the ocean is just as blue. And against all odds, Whiterock is still standing. 💪

We are opening our doors again not just because we are ready, but because we need to keep going. Every check-in helps us keep our team employed and this sanctuary alive. 🌿🙏
