All airports will be closed at 8 pm today (October 25) in response to the threat of Tropical Storm Melissa.

Minister of Energy, Telecommunications, and Transport, Hon. Daryl Vaz, made this announcement at a Special Press Briefing on the weather system this morning.

The Minister clarified that if there are delays with the last flight scheduled to arrive at 8 pm today, the flight will still be accommodated.

However, flights beyond that time will not be allowed until further notice.
