Customers, Repeat Customers, Creditors, Partners and Fans.
In recent months, there has been a noticeable increase in posts on blogger pages discussing issues related to service delivery. While many of these accounts may not accurately reflect the full picture, we recognize that individuals who feel aggrieved may be inclined to share their perspectives. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused and reiterate our commitment to fulfilling all of our existing commitments( Outstanding Refunds)
From the outset, our goal has been to offer affordable options to all. However, we encountered internal challenges with the implementation of a payment gateway that facilitated credit card transactions globally. Unfortunately, this exposed us to fraudulent activities between 2021-2023, resulting in significant financial losses as banks sought to protect themselves. This situation also strained our relationships with hotel partners and impacted numerous customers. Despite our efforts to seek assistance from JTB and our partnering hotels, we were unable to find a resolution.

We would like to express our gratitude to Decameron Jamaica, Iberostar, and Holiday Inn for their understanding and steadfast support during this challenging period. These esteemed hotel brands have demonstrated genuine care and solidarity with us.
In our efforts to recover, we sought to maintain our low-budget vacation package by forming partnerships with other suppliers. However, this decision presented additional challenges due to their strict booking policies (no cancellation, No Refunds, No Name or Date Changes etc)
As we aim to bring closure to this chapter, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many customers who utilized our services from 2017-2023 (over 30,000 customers). Your continued support and loyalty have been invaluable to us and have contributed to our receipt of several top hotel awards within a six-year period. We are deeply appreciative of your ongoing patronage.
