For security purposes, a valid Government photo identification is required for all guests checking in. The guards at the entrance of the property will scan each I.D. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, passport, and/or Jamaica Voter ID. As part of the HOA, all guests will be requested to sign a Property Liability waiver document on Check in.
