In case everyone hasn't stay up to date the profile picture is where we are now. When I get there in Sept or Oct I'm bringing in a out 30 loads of soil bringing it to proper grade and installing the sidewalks and maybe by end of next we can get pool installed. I have a 1 bedroom apartment coming up in the next month. Private bathroom, kitchen, and living. Mini split ACs in Living and bedroom, 8 foot block privacy walls and electronic gates, city sewer, and water right on West end road. Tennant pays their own current, comes with a new gas stove, fridge, instant hot water heater and lots of privacy.

If you want to be part of a small community of expats and feel like your home give me a shout. We are on a full acre with over 20 different fruit trees and I am also working with local resorts and restaurants that will give our residents a local discounts for supporting local Jamaican business owners.

We have already filled our first unit and I have never offered something not available but I am told we should have a unit available by the end of August. So if anyone is interested let me know. The unit is another 1 bedroom with private bath, full kitchen, and living room.

Hunting the elusive Jamaican land crab. First time we have seen them on the property. We used to have hermit crabs everywhere before we started building but haven't seen one since. It's nice to start seeing some more life as we create a more manageable habitat. Capen Briggs Morgan Briggs

May not look like much but 3 yrs and 1 brick at time we actually have something. I remember walking into the bush looking at a piece of property I had wanted for almost 10 years. Might take another 10 years to finish but I can see the light of paradise. Capen Briggs

Sorry all for not getting more updates but it's still moving. Not sure if you can see it in the video but tile is don't on the front and back verandas, unit 3 gets the AC, permanent current and paint for the trim this week and hopefully which it is Jamaica but the first unit will be finished and our first Tennant moves in at the end of August. Unit 4 should be done by end of July and it's still available. Have a lot of people interested but I won't commit until I have a guarantee finish date.

Our residents are either wanting a second home or are retiring and I do not want anyone to have issues because of us. So if anyone needs a place sooner let me know what I have a lot of contact around me with some great new units coming along also.

So everyone knows we have a 3rd unit that is with in a few months of completion and after that we are working on the community laundry and solar array room and I am taking a break.

I think it's time to just relax for at least a year.
