Now we have new plans and the road work contract has been cancelled. Can we ever just get a solution. We are a few months from tourist season and if the government doesn't do something soon the economy is going to tank. We have have a hard enough time from COVID and Hurricane Melissa and inflation which has caused fuel prices to almost triple; now our cabs, local transit, local businesses, local resorts and everyone in between is hurting because we can even get back and forth in a reasonable time.

While we are at it let's go ahead and push a rehabed water and sewer line through the middle of Negril and go ahead and push the new airport down the throats of locals but some how we can't provide a decent road for people to travel or even provide a government funded transportation for our children to get to and from school.

Sorry but this is frustrating.

Not sure if it is trick or not but the new shopping center beside the hospital painted the end building like a KFC. Sure it will still be a bit but going to be nice having the best KFC in megril Capen Briggs

More progress going on. I'm actually scared to find out how much dirt I am going to need to cover the whole property with 6in of dirt. It will all payoff though

Also always keep in mind I may not have units available but my neighbors do and many friends and have local resorts on West end that will rent per month also.

So we started to pour our sidewalks and my hope for a relaxing year or so as became more construction and more stress. Everyone thought I was crazy and my project would never work. I have every apartment rented and a list of people who I have sent to my neighbors and friends. If anyone is looking for places available send me a message. So far what my friends have available are 3 units my neighbor has available and another friend has a house available with a pool already built. Give me a hollar and I'll hook you guys up.

In case everyone hasn't stay up to date the profile picture is where we are now. When I get there in Sept or Oct I'm bringing in a out 30 loads of soil bringing it to proper grade and installing the sidewalks and maybe by end of next we can get pool installed.
