Ok so the first unit is within days of move in. Still need to put in the trim around the floor and doors and a small mismeasurement in the bathroom but it really isn't huge but still is an eye sore. Hopefully unit two will be done by end of June. Capen Briggs Morgan Briggs

By the way I should say the first unit is already rented and the second unit is as well if it is done in time. The 3rd unit will be another 1 bedroom and won't be done till around season. We decided to nix the 5 unit on the bottom and instead turn it into a laundry room, communal kitchen, and community game area or what ever and yes it will be air conditioned.

The new tenant is all about gardens and greenspace as am I so I'm looking forward to what we can do together.

Things are moving quickly. The garage is finished minus the doors, the roof is temporary until we start the 1st floor and pump truck the ceilings.

So the bathrooms are finished minus the shower floor. The front and back verandas are finished, the hot water heater is set, just waiting for the tile on the next 2 units, doors, and cabinets to be set so we can start fixtures. For those I've talked to already we still have time to add custom fixtures and amenities before it's too late.

My best time line is 1 unit ready by end of February, 1 Unit by end of march, and 1 unit ready by end of April.

I will be back in town sometime in march to start picking out the fixtures so let me know a.s.a.p

Also for those who have made the plunge and gotten there Jamaican papers hit me up I'll let you know the local discounts that are available at resorts, bars, and restaurants are and negril and Jamaica.

Here are some new updates. Windows are in, interior and exterior primed, tile starting this week, and hopefully electrical finished by middle of October and the first room completed.

For some reason my tags from my account aren't showing up so here is a huge update and post on progress.

The first villa is about to start interior construction, sewer and water construction has started, the stairwell to floors 2 and 3 and being poured, and here are some new 3d drawing of the interior floor plan.

Ok guys we just got the first version ofbthe 3d drawings. Still alot of site changes including the pool for the villas, landscape changes, parking lot changes and the bar but getting closer.
