Greetings Treasures,
A new music video has recently been released as the result of a Polish–Jamaican collaboration. The goal of this project is to support the people of Jamaica in recovering from the effects of Hurricane Melissa.

This is already the second video created as part of the Living Tree initiative. The name of the project refers to the most iconic tree in Treasure Beach, which stood as a living monument, a symbol, and a cherished part of the local community.

Although the tree did not survive the destructive force of the hurricane, we believe that in its passing, it passed on its strength, resilience, and unique spirit to the village.

The Buttonwood tree is no longer with us, but its spirit will live on in the Treasure Beach community forever.

Community Art Workshop

Bring a found object (any reclaimed object or piece of an object, piece of metal, wood, ...) and let's create art pieces together, inspired by Mazola's ways to create. Bring tools to cut and assemble if you have (cutter, scissor, saw, stapple, glue, ...)
Some of Mazola material will be provided too on the spot. Artists will be there to propose and guide.

"Living Tree" is the latest Polish-Jamaican project, which was created to help people affected during hurricane Melissa.
Two artists, two songs, two countries, one riddim. Omar Perry from Jamaica and Kulka from Poland - each sang their song to the same riddim. Both songs can be purchased for 3 USD on the Bandcamp platform - link to the tracks in the comment.

And below we present a music video for one of these tracks. The originator, co-author, and sponsor of this project is Tomasz Jankowskii. The name of the "Living Tree" project was inspired by the famous buttonwood in Treasure Beach, which fascinated Tomek during his stay in Treasure Beach in 2025. Tomek fell in love with our community, and the entire campaign is an expression of his sympathy for both the Treasure Beach community and all of Jamaica and Jamaican culture.

The producer of both tracks is K-JAH SOUND.
We are adding a link to the track in the comment and we repeat: the purchase of two songs costs 3 USD.
All proceeds from the sale will be donated to the people affected by hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.

Together we are becoming more and more visible!

We are pleased to see the great work you are doing in Treasure Beach for the development of tourism and the community. The boat parade for Independence Day looks spectacular, as it does every year!
This summer, we are trying to keep up with you outside of Jamaica by conquering the emerging markets of Eastern Europe. We are proud and happy to represent Jamaica in Poland, where we promote Treasure Beach as the first choice destination in Jamaica among tourists who prefer Community Tourism style. We will be back with you at the end of September—with new enthusiasm, new ideas, and the same love for the Treasure Beach community.

Hi Treasures,
Today we are proud to share with you the memories of a trip we had the pleasure of organizing for a group of Jamaican culture enthusiasts from Poland. Our guests spent two intensive weeks in Jamaica, including 5 wonderful days in Treasure Beach and a few days each in Negril, Ocho Rios, Kingston and Priorty-Rebel Salute. The trip included the most popular attractions of each destination, our experiences included an unforgettable boat trip from Treasure Beach to Black River, Pelican Bar, a tour of YS Falls , Appleton, Rick's Cafe, coffee and ma*****na plantations, among others, Dunn's River Falls, the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston and his mausoleum in Nine Mile, Dub Club Kingston, a dancehall night party in Kingston, Trench Town Culture Yard, Kingston Creative and Kingston's mural district, Rasta Camp in the Blue Mountains and much more.
The program also included treasures that don't offer regular tourism, such as Alpha Boay School in Kingston, Sound System Federation and a visit to the Twinkle Brothers musicians at their private home in Falmouth, where our tourists left a souvenir - they painted a mural with the artists' likenesses.
All photos, music and lyrics from the attached video were created between January 15 and 29, 2025.

Eggy's Bar has already accustomed its regular customers to this event - you don't need to be convinced that this is one of the coolest annual beach parties in Treasure Beach.
We encourage those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to participate in Ireland Party to take part in this year's edition. As usual, there will be a lot going on - a great location of the event on the most popular beach in Treasure Beach, great music, great company, barefoot dancing on the warm sand, a bonfire on the beach, delicious food, a g***a contest and many other attractions. We invite you to Eggy's Bar this coming Sunday.
