Ashtar Tours Cycling Team Joins the Launch of Wadi Rum’s New Cycling Route

The Ashtar Tours Cycling Team proudly joined the official launch of the new 20 km cycling route along the Rum Road, an initiative by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) in collaboration with the Jordan Cycling Federation and specialized tourism companies.

The event brought together around 60 cyclists to celebrate the opening of the dedicated cycling route, which provides a safer environment for cyclists while promoting eco-tourism and adventure tourism in the spectacular landscapes of Wadi Rum.

This initiative marks another important step in developing Jordan’s cycling infrastructure, diversifying tourism experiences, and reinforcing Wadi Rum’s position as a leading destination for outdoor and adventure travel.
