Today my wife made **Fasulia u Ruz (ΩΨ§Ψ΅ΩˆΩ„ΩŠΨ§ ورز)** β€” a classic Jordanian dish made with green beans in a rich tomato sauce served over fluffy rice. Simple, comforting, and incredibly delicious!

My family and I were having such a great time at Mecca Mall in Amman that we completely lost track of time. Before we knew it, it was after midnight and the mall had already been closed for hours!

To get to our Uber, we had to walk through a completely empty, dark mall. Nothing was wrong and this is actually normal for the Uber exitβ€”but as an American tourist, walking through a silent mall at midnight felt like a whole new travel experience. πŸ˜‚

Spent the evening at my aunt’s house enjoying amazing Jordanian & Mediterranean food with family and friends πŸ•πŸ₯—πŸ‰ We had fresh salad, pizza, fruit cocktail, lots of laughs, cool evening weather… and finished it off with famous Habiba Knafeh 😍🍰

This is the real beauty of Jordan β€” the hospitality, the food, the family gatherings, and the peaceful summer nights ❀️
