Are you passionate about adventure? NOASC Adventure Tours is seeking an Operations Manager/Senior Guide/Instructor to lead our summer and winter adventure tours into the future. Working with a small team of professionals, you'll play a vital role across a multi-task job role. Preferred skills include winter and summer guiding/instructing qualifications and experience in sports such as skiing, snowboarding, backcountry guiding in winter, and mountain biking, whitewater rafting, kayaking, etc., in summer. Experience as a bus driver and/or plant operator (snow clearing) is an added bonus. The successful candidate should be fluent in business-level Japanese and English and willing to commit to a minimum three-year contract. We provide training, partial sponsorship for obtaining necessary visas, licenses, and qualifications, as well as work incentives, to a motivated and successful applicant who shows loyalty, commitment, and a flexible attitude to helping across NOASC's group of companies.
