【Senshu Lotus Festival ~Akita City~】It is held at the Otemon-moat in Senshu Park from July to August when the lotus flowers bloom. There is a float-type boardwalk in the middle of the moat, and even strollers and wheelchairs can enjoy the flowers up close! At night, enjoy the fantastic scenery lit up. 【🎌YAMAMO Brewery in Yuzawa City】 has been making soy sauce and miso using abundant local water since 1867. In 2018, it opened a cafe and art gallery, and it also offers a rare brewery tour for miso and soy sauce breweries.
Although it is a long-established company, it uses its innovative fermentation technology. It explores a new world of fermentation by applying it not only to miso soy sauce but also to restaurant menus and wine development.
