Having worked in Kyoto on samurai and period drama film productions, I’ve spent years traveling across Kansai for filming locations — and through a lifetime dedicated to exploring temples beyond sectarian boundaries, Buddhist meditation, and sacred pilgrimages, I will take you to discreet, authentic places known only through deep local connection.
I have traveled and made pilgrimages across 30 countries, with 4 years of film production experience, 10 years as a nature guide, and 4 years of professional English-guiding experience.
Today, I run Amami Nature Guide, welcoming global travelers and discerning guests through partnerships and experiences connected with JTB Global, Norwegian Spirit, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and AIDA Cruises. 🌈
