Winter Bus Schedule
Furano Tourism is happy to announce that this winter there will be increased seasonal bus service between Furano town and the ski resort.
The Lavender Bus has added three (!) additional morning busses per day. These will depart from JR Furano Station and run the regular route through Kitanomine to the New Furano Prince Hotel at 8:00, 8:50, and 9:40. The rest of the Lavender Bus schedule remains unchanged.
In the evening, Furano Tourism will again operate the Evening Shuttle Bus in the opposite direction – from the resort area down into town, to provide visitors with a wide selection of restaurants.
In addition, the Goryo Line operated by Furano City also provides transportation to/from the Kitanomine area several times a day. See timetable for details.

Following are the dates of operation for the seasonal busses:
Special Lavender Busses
Dec 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Route: Furano Station ⇔ New Furano Prince Hotel (normal route)
"Furano Evening Shuttle Bus"
Dec 27, 2024 – March 15, 2025 (No service on Dec 31—Jan 2, and Feb 1-2.)
Cost: 500 yen each way for ages 6 and up. Children under 5 are free (on laps). Cash only.
Tickets available on the bus, and include special offers at seven local merchants.
Note that this bus from the New Prince Hotel is often quite crowded. Please prepare exact fare in advance to smooth the boarding process.
