Visited the Kūkai and Hidden Buddhist Statues Exhibition at the Tokyo National Museum in Ueno.

A short 10-minute wait was well worth it.
Seeing sacred Buddhist statues and National Treasures—many rarely displayed to the public—was a truly special experience.

Created to celebrate the 1,250th anniversary of Kūkai’s birth, this exhibition beautifully showcases over 1,200 years of Shingon Buddhist history, faith, and artistry.

A peaceful and unforgettable moment. 🙏✨


上野・東京国立博物館「空海と秘仏展」へ。

約10分待ちの人気ぶり。
普段は滅多に拝観できない秘仏や国宝を、静かな空間でゆっくりと鑑賞しました。

To be honest, we don’t recommend motorcycle touring during this time of year.

So, when is the best time to ride in Japan?

🏍️✨ Kyushu Tour – Day 6 (Final Day) ✨

Our final day together.

Leaving Yufuin, we began the ride back to Fukuoka. First stop? A relaxing coffee break at the riders’ café Corse Base. Everyone loved the place and even picked up matching T-shirts!

Next was one last special stop—another whisky distillery, a request from Carlo. Since we were riding, we skipped the tasting this time and simply enjoyed the tour.

As we got closer to Fukuoka, the roads became busier, reminding us that our amazing journey was coming to an end.

Of course, we couldn’t finish a Kyushu tour without one last bowl of Fukuoka ramen!

For six unforgettable days, we experienced breathtaking scenery, delicious local food, warm hospitality, and some of the best motorcycle roads in Japan.

Most of all, we shared countless laughs and created wonderful memories together.

🏍️✨ 九州ツアー Day 6 最終日 ✨

いよいよ最終日。

湯布院を出発し、福岡へ向かいます。

まずはライダーズカフェ「コルセベース」で朝のコーヒータイム。
皆さん、お揃いのTシャツもゲット！

続いては、カルロさんリクエストのウイスキー蒸留所へ。今回はバイクなので試飲は我慢。でも、見学だけでも大満足でした。

福岡が近づくにつれて交通量も増え、「旅も終わりなんだな…」と少し名残惜しい気持ちに。

そして締めくくりは、ラーメン好きの皆さんと福岡ラーメン！

6日間、美しい景色を走り、美味しい料理を味わい、地元の人たちと触れ合い、日本ならではの道を思いきり楽しみました。

たくさん走って、たくさん笑って、たくさんの思い出ができた最高の九州ツアー。

皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！

🏍️✨ Kyushu Tour Day 5 ✨🏍️

Another beautiful day on the road!

Today’s adventure started with water — the stunning Takachiho Gorge. The sight of the waterfall dropping dramatically into the emerald-green river below was simply breathtaking.

Next came fire and mountains as we headed to Mt. A*o. We had hoped to get closer to the active crater, but volcanic gas levels kept the access road closed. Even so, the panoramic views from A*o were absolutely spectacular.

For lunch, we stopped at a restaurant on an A*o farm and enjoyed delicious local specialties made with the region’s fresh ingredients.

The afternoon ride took us through some of Kyushu’s most famous roads and viewpoints, including Daikanbo and the scenic Yamanami Highway. Endless curves, wide-open landscapes, and unforgettable views made for an incredible ride.

As the sun began to set, we arrived in Yufuin for our final night together.

Great food, local drinks, lots of laughter, and memories to last a lifetime — the perfect way to end another amazing day in Kyushu.

今日も快晴！絶好のツーリング日和です。

まず向かったのは高千穂峡。迫力満点の滝が水面へと流れ落ちる様子は圧巻で、皆さん思わず見入ってしまいました。

次は山へ。阿蘇中岳の噴煙を見に向かいましたが、残念ながら火山ガスの影響で火口近くまでは行けず。それでも阿蘇の雄大な景色は期待を裏切りません。広大な自然を見下ろしながら、そのスケールの大きさを存分に楽しみました。

ランチは阿蘇の牧場レストランで。地元の食材を使った美味しい料理に大満足！

午後は大観峰、そしてやまなみハイウェイへ。どこまでも続く絶景と気持ちの良いワインディングロードは、まさに九州ツーリングのハイライトです。

そして今夜の宿、湯布院へ到着。

美味しい食事とお酒を囲みながら、今日も笑顔いっぱいの締めくくりとなりました。

🏍️✨ Kyushu Tour Day 4 ✨🏍️

The rain was finally gone, and we woke up to perfect riding weather!

Our first destination was Cape Toi, home to beautiful coastal views and the famous wild horses. Watching them roam freely in such stunning natural surroundings was a truly unique experience.

For lunch, we kept it simple with a quick stop at a local ramen shop before continuing our journey.

The highlight of the afternoon was a visit to Sato Distillery in Nobeoka, specially requested by Carlo. After checking into the hotel and parking the bikes, we jumped in a taxi and headed straight there.

We enjoyed tasting Japanese whisky, learning about the distilling process, and of course picking up a few bottles to take home!

To finish another fantastic day, we gathered at a local izakaya near the hotel, enjoying delicious Japanese dishes and sake while sharing stories from the road.

Sunshine, wild horses, whisky, great food, and great company — what a day!

昨日までの雨が嘘のように上がり、今日は絶好のツーリング日和！

まず向かったのは都井岬。青い海を背景に、野生馬たちがのんびりと暮らす姿はここならでは。雄大な自然の中で過ごす馬たちに、皆さん癒やされていました。

ランチは地元のラーメン店でサッと済ませて、次の目的地へ。

今日はカルロさんのリクエストで、延岡にある佐藤焼酎製造場（ウイスキー蒸留所）を見学！ホテルにチェックインしてバイクを置き、タクシーで向かいました。

日本のウイスキーを試飲し、お気に入りを見つけてお買い物。お酒好きにはたまらない時間でした。

そして夜はホテル近くの居酒屋「いち花」さんへ。美味しい日本酒と和食を囲みながら、今日の思い出話に花が咲きました。

晴天、野生馬、ウイスキー、そして美味しい食事。
最高の一日になりました。

🏍️✨ Kyushu Tour Day 3 ✨🏍️

Day 3 started with rain, but that didn’t stop our adventure!

We left Amakusa and boarded another ferry, heading across to Kagoshima Prefecture.

Our first stop was Sogi Falls, often called the “Niagara of the East.” The powerful waterfall roared through the gorge, creating an impressive and unforgettable sight.

After that, it was time for a delicious lunch featuring Kagoshima’s famous Kurobuta pork. The perfect reward on a rainy riding day!

We also stopped at Kirishima Shrine, but the rain was coming down hard, so we snapped a few photos and continued on our journey.

The ride to Shibushi, tonight’s destination, was wet and chilly, but everyone’s spirits stayed high. Another memorable day on the road!

3日目は雨のスタート。

天草を出発し、再びフェリーに乗って鹿児島県へ向かいます。

まず訪れたのは、「東洋のナイアガラ」とも呼ばれる曽木の滝。ゴウゴウと音を立てながら流れ落ちる迫力満点の景色に、皆さん圧倒されていました！

その後は鹿児島名物の黒豚ランチ。雨の中を走った後の美味しい食事は格別です。

続いて霧島神宮へ向かいましたが、残念ながら雨が激しく、今回は写真だけ。

そして本日の宿がある志布志へ。雨と寒さに負けず走り切った、思い出に残る一日となりました。

🏍️✨ Kyushu Tour Day 2 ✨🏍️

After a relaxing night in Ureshino Onsen, we started another great day on the road!

Our first stop was Fuel Café, a popular riders’ café, for a morning coffee break. Everyone was wearing our original tour T-shirts, and the group was looking fantastic!

We then headed toward Unzen. A little rain joined us along the way, but that’s all part of the adventure.

After exploring the steaming landscape of Unzen Jigoku, we boarded a ferry and crossed over to Amakusa.

Great roads, great people, and another memorable day in Kyushu. Tonight, we’re staying in Amakusa and looking forward to tomorrow’s ride!

嬉野温泉を出発して約30分。
まずはライダーズカフェ「Fuel Café」さんでコーヒーブレイク！
今日はお揃いのオリジナルTシャツで出発です。皆さんバッチリ決まっています。

その後は雲仙へ向かいましたが、途中で雨がポツポツ…。でも、それもツーリングの醍醐味です。

雲仙地獄の迫力ある景色を楽しんだ後は、フェリーで天草へ。
走って、笑って、食べて、また走る。今日も楽しい一日でした！
今夜は天草に宿泊です。

🏍️✨ Kyushu Tour Day 1 (Afternoon) ✨🏍️
After exploring Yobuko in the morning, we headed into the mountains toward Okawachiyama, known as the "Village of Secret Kilns."
Before arriving, we stopped in Imari for a delicious chicken lunch at a local favorite. The perfect fuel for an afternoon ride!
Once in Okawachiyama, we parked the bikes and took a relaxing walk through the charming village lined with pottery workshops and historic kilns. It felt like stepping back in time, surrounded by beautiful ceramics and peaceful mountain scenery.
As the sun began to set, we made our way to tonight's destination — Ureshino Onsen in Saga Prefecture. Time to relax in the hot springs and recharge for another day of adventure!

午前中に呼子を楽しんだ後は、秘窯の里・大川内山を目指して山の中へ。
途中、伊万里で評判の鶏料理をいただき、しっかりエネルギーチャージ！
そして到着した大川内山では、バイクを降りて窯元が並ぶ町をのんびり散策しました。歴史ある焼き物の里は、まるで時間がゆっくり流れているよう。美しい器や煙突の風景に、皆さん興味津々でした。
たっぷり楽しんだ後は、本日の宿がある佐賀県・嬉野温泉へ。
温泉で疲れを癒しながら、九州ツアー初日の締めくくりです。
