People from all over the world visit Hiroshima.

However, many travelers only visit the well-known sightseeing spots and then leave.

I have always felt that this is a little unfortunate.

Because Hiroshima has so much more to offer—quiet local scenery, deeply rooted culture, and stories and memories passed down through generations.

I wanted to share these hidden layers of Hiroshima with people from around the world.

That is why I started Hiroshima Vista Experience.

And now, I am finally opening bookings for guided experiences.

Why Miyajima Matters to Me

Miyajima is one of Japan’s most famous destinations.

Many visitors come to see the iconic floating torii gate and the beauty of Itsukushima Shrine.

And it truly is breathtaking.

But what makes Miyajima special is not only its scenery.

For centuries, this island has been regarded as a sacred place where nature, spirituality, and daily life exist in harmony.

As you walk through its quiet streets, listen to the sound of the sea, and watch the changing light throughout the day, you begin to feel something that cannot be captured in a photograph.

A sense of calm.
A connection to nature.
A deeper appreciation for the passing of time.

These are the moments that stay with us long after a journey ends.

Through Hiroshima Vista Experience, I hope to help visitors discover not only the famous sights of Miyajima, but also the atmosphere, stories, and spirit that make this island so unique.

My hope is that Miyajima becomes more than a place you visit.

I hope it becomes a place you remember.

なぜ私にとって宮島が特別なのか

宮島は、日本を代表する観光地のひとつです。

多くの人々が、海に浮かぶ大鳥居や厳島神社の
美しい景観を目当てに訪れます。

そして、その景色は本当に息をのむほど美しいものです。

しかし、宮島の魅力は景観だけではありません。

この島は何世紀にもわたり、自然と信仰、
そして人々の暮らしが調和して共存する神聖な場所として大切にされてきました。

静かな町並みを歩き、波の音に耳を傾け、
一日の中で移り変わる光や景色を眺めていると、
写真だけでは伝わらない何かを感じることが
できます。

それは、

心が穏やかになる感覚。

自然とのつながり。

そして、流れゆく時間の尊さへの気づき。

そんな瞬間こそが、旅が終わった後も
心に残り続けるのだと思います。

Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park Matters to Me

Many people who visit Hiroshima make a stop at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.

They see the Atomic Bomb Dome, the Memorial Cenotaph, and the symbols of peace that have become known around the world.

But to me, this place is much more than a historical site.

When I walk through the park, I am reminded not only of the events of the past, but also of the values we should cherish today.

What does peace mean?
What makes a human life precious?
How can we better understand one another?

These are questions that naturally come to mind here.

People from all over the world gather in this place, bringing different cultures, languages, and perspectives. Yet they share a common wish for peace.

It is a scene that moves me every time I witness it.

Through Hiroshima Vista Experience, I hope to share not only the history of this place, but also the thoughts, hopes, and messages that continue to live on here today.

My hope is that Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park will become more than a place you visit.

I hope it becomes a place you carry with you long after your journey ends.

広島を訪れる多くの人が、
平和記念公園を訪れます。

そこには原爆ドームがあり、慰霊碑があり、
平和への祈りがあります。

Why did I decide to create this experience?

Every year, people from all over the world come to Hiroshima.

Many visit the city’s most famous landmarks and then continue on their journey.

But I have always felt that there is so much more to Hiroshima than what appears in a guidebook.

There are hidden places that only locals know.
There are everyday moments that reveal the city’s true character.
There are stories, traditions, and values that have been passed down through generations.

When you experience these, Hiroshima becomes more than just a destination.

It becomes a place that stays in your heart.

Hiroshima Vista Experience was created not simply to show you Hiroshima, but to help you truly feel its spirit.
