【注意】宇賀渓は地元の森林組合の私有地であり、人工林は大切な財産です。
■■■個人が木に道標等を貼る行為は、木に傷をつけて価値を下げるなどの理由から、器物損壊罪に該当する場合があります。また、その木に近づくために、決められた登山道を外れる等をした場合は、状況によって軽犯罪法違反（※立入禁止場所への侵入等）に該当する可能性があります。■■■
※森林組合（土地所有者）がテープを付ける理由は、林業として間伐する木や作業ルートを示すために専用の樹木用識別テープ（赤やピンクなど）を巻くことがよくあります。

[Notice] Uga Gorge is private property owned by the local forestry cooperative, and the planted forests are valuable assets.
■■■ Attaching trail markers or other items to trees by individuals may constitute the crime of property damage, as it can damage the trees and reduce their value. Additionally, if you stray from designated hiking trails to approach such trees, depending on the circumstances, this may constitute a violation of the Minor Offenses Act (*e.g., trespassing on restricted areas). ■■■
*The reason the Forestry Cooperative (landowner) attaches tape is that they often wrap specialized tree identification tape (such as red or pink) around trees to indicate which ones are to be thinned as part of forestry operations, as well as to mark work routes.
▼▼Please refrain absolutely from installing your own trail markers or signs, or from defacing rocks or trees with graffiti. ▼▼
