I visited Ainokura Village in Gokayama two days ago. It is much quieter than Shirakawago. Visit to the Yusuke House was wonderful. The owner family welcomed us and explained in English. We had a great time there!

I went to Ine again from Maizuru Port. After taking a walk in the village, we took boat. We can feed sea gulls on the deck. They sometimes perched on us. Our guests and staff enjoyed a lot🤣

Woodcarving town Inami in Toyama was wonderful! They prepared a lot of events. Woodcarvers came to demonstrate and let the guests try it. They arranged free Sake tasting at the brewery. Of course, visit to the Zuisenji Temple was special with a lot of beautiful carvings.

I finished my 5th cruise in Kanazawa. It was raining in the morning, so crew escorted guests with umbrellas. I had lunch with my guide colleagues came on Heritage Adventurer. Then, my 6th and last cruise started in the evening🛳️

We started tour in Kanazawa welcomed by beautiful ladies wearing Kagayuzen kimono. We enjoyed walking around Kenrokuen Garden and many guests ate gold leaf ice cream. Several guests bought kitchen nice in Nagamachi Samurai district.

I went to Ine from Maizuru. Sake lees ice cream was my recommendation today. After the tour, I explored Maizuru. Fish market Toretore Center was very interesting. You can make your original dish choosing seafood and buy rice and miso soup separately. It was very fresh and reasonable!

Before the tour from Sakaiminato, I visited Yume-Minato Tower, the lowest tower in Japan. Not only the observatory, but they exhibit cultures from the sandy countries. I got a certificate to have been up to the top!

We were in Hagi today visiting castle ruin, Tokoji Temple, Samurai district, etc. My highlight was the SeaMart. After taking care of guests, I ate fresh Sushi including Akauni sea urchin which had just come into season!

We visited Kokura Castle, Moji Port Retro and TOTO Museum. Guests enjoyed TOTO Museum a lot. They all already experienced Japanese comfortable toilet at the hotel in Tokyo.

We visited Miyajima and Hiroshima. Typhoon is getting closer, but we landed on Miyajima Island by zodiac boat. I got very wet😓
Then to Hiroshima Peace Park in the afternoon. It was a great pleasure to meet super guide, Yayoi-san!
