伝統工芸の背景にあるストーリーや歴史を知る陶芸体験 九谷光仙窯 利岡光一郎
九谷焼では「五彩（ごさい）」と呼ばれる緑、黄、赤、紫、紺青の5色で施される華やかな絵付けが魅力です。器や酒器、花器といった立体物に描くことにより、立体感を強調したり世界観を演出したりすることができます。「九谷光仙窯」ではろくろによる成形から上絵付け、さらには販売までを一貫して行っているのが特徴で、窯を訪れたお客様の声に耳を傾けて商品づくりに生かしています。

Kutani ware is known for its “Gosai,” or “five colors,” which are green, yellow, red, purple, and navy blue, and is characterized by its gorgeous painting. By painting on three-dimensional objects such as vessels, sake cups, and flower vases, it is possible to emphasize a three-dimensional effect and create a sense of the world. Kutani Kosen Kiln is characterized by its integrated production process, from molding on the potter's wheel to overglaze painting and even sales.
