英語で生け花初級コースのお知らせ～センス抜群の近藤講師が教える生け花ボランティアコースです。
Ikebana Lessons for Beginners (in English)
Do you arrange flowers at home? By arranging ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), you can
relax and take a deep breath in your busy life. In this course, you can learn about seasonal
events and seasonal flowers in Japan and about ikebana history as well as basic ikebana
skills. I believe learning Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement)in English will also help
Japanese people who are planning to study abroad understand a bit of Japanese culture before
they leave Japan. I recommend taking all the lessons to get the full joy of the world of
Ikebana.
Place：Arimatsu Community Center 1F Conference room (3 min. walk from Meitetsu Arimatsu
Station)
When：2nd & 4th Saturday AM 10:00～12:00
Lesson fee： ￥1,500/lesson（Please pay before each lesson.）
What to bring：Scissors to cut flowers (We can either sell or lend scissors.)

※This course will not provide you the certificate for Sogetsu School, but the Ikebana Workshop can issue a certificate upon completion of the
10 lessons of this course.

英語でいけばな（初級コース）
皆さんは、自宅でお花をいけていますか？ お花をいけると気持ちが落ち着き、
忙しい毎日にほっと一息つく事ができます。本コースは外国の方用ですが、日
本の行事と季節の花、いけばなの歴史なども英語で紹介するので、日本の方で
留学前に日本の文化を理解し、外国の方と交流したい方にもお勧めです。続け
て受講する事で花の扱いに慣れ、いけばながより身近に感じられるでしょう。
会場： 有松コミュニティセンター 1F 大会議室（会場の都合で変更有り）
時間： 第2/第4 土曜日 AM 10:00～12:00（会場の都合で変更有り）
受講料： ￥1,500/回 （当日お支払い願います。花代、会場費を含みます。）
持ち物： 花を切る鋏 （鋏をお持ちでない方には販売又は御貸しします。）
