兵庫・神戸の北野異人館街に佇む「北野坂にしむら珈琲店」。
かつては日本初の会員制喫茶店だったという歴史ある洋館で、特別な時間を過ごしませんか？
7月〜8月限定で登場する「氷の器のアイスコーヒー」は、まさに夏の芸術品。
本物の氷を削り出して作られた器は、見た目の美しさはもちろん、最後の一口までキンキンに冷えたコーヒーを楽しめます。

1階のレトロで落ち着いた喫茶フロアで、神戸らしい洗練された夏をぜひ体験してみてください。

Experience Summer in Kobe with "Ice-Chilled" Coffee 🧊

If you're visiting Kobe this summer, don't miss this unique seasonal treat at Kitanozaka Nishimura Coffee, a beautifully preserved historic mansion in the Kitano Ijinkan district.
Available only in July and August, their signature "Ice-Vessel Iced Coffee" is served in a cup handcrafted entirely from a solid block of ice! It is as refreshing to look at as it is to drink, staying ice-cold until the very last sip.
The cafe was originally Japan’s first members-only coffee house, offering a sophisticated, retro atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time.
Note: The iced coffee in an ice vessel is exclusively served at the 1st-floor cafe.

【兵庫の田園に佇む手打ちそば】

今回訪れたのは、加西市の「手打ち駅前そば あびき」。
ここは、23年そばと向き合い続ける熟練の職人が営む名店✨

福井の自社工場で厳選したそばの実を、店内の石臼で丁寧に製粉。
出汁は但馬の三年熟成醤油と厚削りの鰹節を使用し、一切の妥協なしというからすごすぎる🫢

なんと1杯880円（撮影当時）で味わえる一杯は、職人技の結晶ともいえる味わい✨

北条鉄道「網引駅」の目の前にあり、窓際カウンターからは田園風景と鉄道がゆっくり走る姿が見えて心が和みます。
四季の空気を感じながら、そばをすする時間はまさに至福。
「誠実であることが何より大事」と語る店主・箱﨑さんのこだわりが詰まったお店です。

Today’s visit took me to "Teuchi Ekimae Soba Abiki" in Kasai City.
This hidden gem is run by a master craftsman with 23 years of dedication to the art of soba✨

The buckwheat seeds are carefully selected at their own factory in Fukui and stone-ground right in the shop. The soup base is made with three-year-aged Tajima soy sauce and thick-cut bonito flakes—the level of commitment here is simply incredible🫢

At only 880 yen per bowl, this dish is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship.
Located right in front of Abiki Station on the Hojo Railway, the counter seats offer a peaceful view of the countryside and the slow-passing trains. Enjoying your soba while feeling the seasonal breeze is pure bliss.
The shop is filled with the passion of the owner, Mr. Hakozaki, who believes that "sincerity is what matters most."
