Today on the Cultural & Historical Tour, we were very lucky to see these Kendo matches between students at a Shrine near Kiba. And later we stopped in to the Octoberfest Beer party at Hibiya Koen Park. Often on the tours we find things that arent planned but end up being really cool. Great tour guys !

This truck in Tokyo has stacks of bikes that were abandoned and are now heading for the recycling bin. Everybody rides a bike in Tokyo and there are millions of bikes, and luckily, the infrastructure to support it. Thats why it is one of the most bikeable cities in the world.

What luck ! While we were visiting a beautiful Shinto Shrine on the Cultural & Historical Tour, they were holding a Shinto wedding. Beautiful bride in traditional dress, and they left in these formal rickshaws. Amazing.
