If you are in the Shibuya area and want vegetarian ramen, check out Kamukura. It is a vending style ramen shop in the heart of Shibuya. They have a vegetarian ramen button at the bottom of the machine. Take it inside and remind the staff no pork when you take the ticket inside. They claim they will use no pork in the stock if requested and they make the broth without fish stock as well. Not as tasty as T's TanTan but a great option if you are wanting ramen in the Shibuya area. This places specializes in Okinawa style ramen. The ramen had a strong soy sauce flavor with lots of cabbage and green onions. We put a full review up on Happycow as well. Mayugura is an amazing organic restaurant in Ome, Tokyo. 繭蔵 It is not a vegetarian restaurant but they feature a few vegetarian dishes that are incredible! We had celery bamboo soup made with soy milk and the vegetable plate. The menu is not in English. 繭蔵 is the name of the restaurant! It is a very trendy popular organic restaurant!
