A lovely guest from NY took part in a special tour in Nishihonganji temple.
Goei-do is a really magnificent wooden structure.
Since this is a special viewing tour, we cannot take photos of other part of the temple.
The temple has been preserving original state of its cultural assets as possible as they can.
it is worth visiting during the special opening days.
She said 'What a gorgeous architecture this is!' inside of Amida-do of Nishi-honganji Temple.

Our guests from England toured Himeji castle and Dotonbori, Osaka. Himeji Castle was a crucial stronghold for the Tokugawa shogunate government.
Its sheer scale has a significant presence even when seen from a distance. The enemy must have lost their will to fight.
Dōtonbori is always bustling, epitomizing the city of Osaka. You cannot leave Osaka without coming here.
Every restaurant was packed, so we couldn't try Osaka's soul foods, but the prawn tempura here is crispy and absolutely brilliant!

On the second day our guests from Switzerland visited Monkey Park and Katsura Rikyu.
Monkey Park is home to approximately 120 Japanese macaques. It was formerly the primate research center of Kyoto University. Now, it is one of the most popular destinations for tourists in Kyoto. Cute little monkeys are running about. Moreover, from the summit, visitors can look out over the city.
Katsura-Rikyu, a detached place garden built by two imperial princes in the beginning of the 17th century. The autumn colors in the garden are at their peak. The tea houses and stone bridges are reflected in the pond, further enhancing the garden's beauty.

Our guests from Switzerland were really interested in Japanese culture. This is a time -honored tea shop established in 1717. It must be the best place to buy Kyoto tea. Inside the shop, old tea jars are lined up, telling the shop's long history. Everyone seems to be satisfied.
Japan has long possessed advanced sword-making techniques. Today, these skills are applied to making kitchen knives, and their quality is recognized worldwide. It seems he’s found his favorite one.

After the record-breaking hot summer, their one-day trip to Hiroshima took place satisfactrily in the comfotable weather. They could visit and enjoy the two World Cultural Heritage Sites; the Peace Memorial Park and Miyajima so efficiently by hired car. They were particularly impressed with Miyajima's natural beauty and amazing Itsukushima Shrine.
