Can you believe we're already halfway through 2019?!

Now, time is July, we are getting into mid summer!!

In July, Japan is warm and humid, but there are a lot of festivals!!
In Kyoto, one of the biggest and most famous festival takes place.
That is Gion Matsuri. (祇園祭)

In order to expel the evil spirits, disaster, and epidemic, this festival has been held in every July from 9 century.

Where should you try local food?
In Japan, every region has their specialty.

We organize this free trial tour in Kyoto.

You could enjoy Yoga at the traditional house with a local English speaking instructor. Yoga at beautiful place would be super refreshing!! In this event, we also visit spiritual shrine nearby.
This event will be held just 16 times between January 21st and February 4th, 2019 at the Old Mitsui Family Shimogamo Villa, which is located south of Shimogamo-jinja Shrine

If you have a friend in Osaka, they may not recommend coming to Osaka and say "There is nothing to see and to do in Osaka!!"
They may recommend visiting Nara, Kyoto, or Kobe.
The reason is that's the character of Osaka people. They like self-deprecating jokes.
Sounds like they don't like Osaka but actually, they really love Osaka.

For visitor, we are sure that Osaka is wonderful city.
That's why the number of foreign visitors to Osaka is increasing every year.

The most unique & cultural city wiz the great history as a center of commerce and comedy in Japan. That is Osaka.
Friendly and laid back people, Very lively and chaotic city scape, cheap but really tasty foods, there are a lot of things make you fun.

We have had many guests not only in Kyoto, but also in Osaka.

Today, we visited Ebisu Shrine in Kyoto where special festival "Toka Ebisu" took place.

Many locals visited there to pray for their good fortune and bring back sacred lucky bamboo grass to their house or office.

We recommend visiting Ebisu Shrine on the afternoon Tomorrow (11th Jan) because there is Maiko to give you the lucky bamboo grass and lucky rice cake.

Also, if you like, you can see "Kagura" the traditional dancing by shrine maiden.
