Arakurayama Sengen Park is easily one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Japan. The climb of nearly 400 steps feels totally worth it the moment you see the iconic Chureito Pagoda framed perfectly against Mount Fuji. The view looks straight out of a postcard — peaceful, majestic, and unforgettable.
The park is calm in the early mornings, but gets crowded during cherry blossom season, and for good reason. When the sakura trees bloom, the combination of pink blossoms, red pagoda, and Fuji-san in the background is pure magic. Even in other seasons, the scenery is stunning with clear views and beautiful greenery.
