Tokyo has various attractive faces, such as Shinjuku which is exposed our bare desire, Shibuya which is continuous changing like endlessly, Aoyama which has developed from American culture to high-end fashion area, and Asakusa which is an icon of old Tokyo that used to be called Edo.
I noticed today that the broad sidewalk and architecture designed in mostly same hight with subdued paterns and colors in Ginza are attractive to me. Ginza doesn't seem to claim a lot, in stead of claming, keep moderate harmony as an entire clasic town.
However the land price for 1㎡ is 57 million yen! It could be said crazy.

This wonderful trip in winter encourages me. People made small arts that is sometimes magnificent still now.

I'm in deep Sagano where only tranquility lies and the air gives me something transient.
These photo are a poet's hut in the 17th century and a template which was built for a nun who used be a pr******te loved by a samurai with the highest status at the pinacle through his life in the 12th century. She ended up losing his love and he was gradually losing the greatest position as well shortly. She became a nun at a temple in this deep Sagano.
We Japanese always attract this kind of emptiness that moves everything to become meaningless.

I love “extravagantly boarderless fashion” that Takesh*ta-dori Street offers.
How ”extravagantly boarderless“ does it seem?
Look at these number of people along the street, they may well be attracted to experience the seeking for the answer. Tokyo Sky Tree is errected behind houses and small shrine with a pair of komainu.
High-rise tower vs low houses, moodern vs traditional, international vs local.
Hear is the area at the foot of Tokyo Sky Tree. A small and old building at the bottom right is a local shrine.
A few people stopped by casually and put their hands together for a prayer like their everyday manner on their way to destination.

My favorite areas in Todaiji Temple, which are Nandaimon or South Great Gate with a pair of Nio statues and Nigatsdo Hall or Two Month Hall. How bold these pillars are!
What kind of things was the Nio Statue thinking looking down at many visitors walking in autumn of 2025 ?
The second photo was a real surprise!
The couple visiting Todaiji Temple I happen to meet by chance has just engaged. He kneeled down and proposed her in front of me in next to Nigatsdo Hall! I was asked to take the video of that memorial moment.
