"Tanbo Art" is an art event held every year in the Inakadate Village, Aomori Prefecture. It is a gigantic artwork in rice field, which is created by planting different kinds of rice plants that grow in different colors! The village is famous for this Tanbo Art for the elaborate designs and artistic work. You will also visit the Tsugaru Kokeshi Doll Museum where you will hand paint your very own Kokeshi Doll that you take home as a souvenir.
