Statement from HAKUBA VALLEY Promotion Board
【Important⚠️】Request Regarding Unauthorized Use of the Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass🎫
🙅♂️The Hakuba Valley All-Mountain Season Pass is strictly for use by the purchaser only.
Use by anyone other than the purchaser, including resale or lending, is strictly prohibited. The pass displays the purchaser’s photograph and name.

If use by a person other than the purchaser (unauthorized use) is confirmed,
the purchaser of the pass (the violator) will be required to pay a penalty equal to ten (10) times the purchase price of the pass to the HAKUBA VALLEY Promotionboard.
Furthermore, if unauthorized use is confirmed, regardless of the reason(including loss or theft), the season pass will be immediately invalidated and confiscated,and the violator will be prohibited from purchasing a season pass in the future.(This also applies to those who have committed unauthorized use in the past.)
In the event that your season pass is lost or stolen,please contact the Hakuba Valley Promotion Board immediately.
Please note that lift gates at each ski resort are equipped with automatic photo-capture systems to prevent and monitor unauthorized use🎥
In addition, if any violation of each ski resort’s terms and conditions is found,patrol staff or lift operators may request presentation of the pass,verify its validity, suspend its use, or require the user to leave the premises.
We have recently observed cases of resale on websites and other platforms.
Resale of season passes is strictly prohibited. Please do not engage in such activity🙅♂️
