Shiatsu massage is a hand massage without any instruments at specific places for pain relief. Additionally, Shiatsu massage helps correct internal malfunctions, boost your fitness and treat ailments. There is substantial research on the benefits of shiatsu massage. Linda H et al., (2001) found that 66 patients had lower back pain relief after 4 sessions of shiatsu massage regardless of their gender, age, and preconditions.
