こんばんは。
昨日は、三瓶の飲食店や事業者の集まり #さんべぐるみ の定例会でした。
山のカフェ トレヴさん に集合しました。
毎回、さんべぐるみメンバーのどこかのお店に集まり、そこのお店のドリンクメニューなどを楽しみつつ、情報交換や企画についての相談など、月１回ペースでやっています。
昨年の夏から初めて、気づけばこんなかんじで、実はもうすぐ１年になるのですよ。
先月からは、飲食店だけでなく、もっと地域の事業者さんを知ろう！と施設の見学を兼ねた
ミーティングの回も始まったり（前回は 木工館さん でした。）
話し合い、だけでなく、みんなで三瓶を楽しみながら進めています。
今日のトレヴさんでは、特別にメニューのスープカレーや今日のストーリーに上がっていた
新玉ねぎのオニオンリング も注文させてもらいました。
営業日が重なってなかな行けないので、とってもうれしい！
野菜の旨味がぎゅっと詰まったスープカレーと、旬の新玉ねぎを使ったオニオンリングをいただきました。あまーい！カレーにちょっとつけるとこれまた美味。
そして、ドリンクは、ラムネをセルフで注ぐタイプのノンアルカクテルが可愛いかった！
三瓶にIターンしてきて、このお店を始めたえびちゃん、ごちそうさまでした！
こんな風に、＃さんべぐるみ の活動も発信していきますね。
今日のお題は、新しいスタンプラリー企画です。

Evening from Sanbe!
Tonight, we had our monthly Sanbe Gurumi meetup at café Treve.
Every month, we get together at a different local member’s shop, sip on their drinks, and casually exchange updates and ideas.
We started this last summer, and just like that—it’s almost been a year!
From last month, we’ve expanded beyond cafes and restaurants to visit local facilities and learn more about other businesses in the Sanbe area.(Last time, we visited Mokkokan, a woodworking experience center )
It’s not just about talking—we’re enjoying Sanbe together, with every meetup.
Tonight, I finally got to visit Trev—our schedules usually clash since I’m at Yamanoeki Sanbe, so I was super excited!
We tried the special soup curry (made with rich veggie flavor & served with multigrain rice) and the seasonal onion rings made with sweet new onions. Dipping them in curry? Highly recommended.
And the drink? A playful DIY ramune mocktail—adorable!
Thank you Ebichan, who moved to Sanbe and opened this cozy place. Everything was delicious!
We’ll keep sharing our activities like this.
