客人下車後，司機的工作還沒有結束
清理座椅、擦拭車內、整理腳墊，把上一程留下的灰塵和雜物仔細清理乾淨。
這些看起來都是很普通的小事，卻是司機每天都會重複做的工作。
因為下一位客人打開車門的時候，看到的是整潔的座椅，坐進的是乾淨舒適的車廂。
一趟行程結束，把車收拾乾淨；
下一趟行程開始，再以整潔的狀態迎接新的客人。
服務不只是把客人安全送到目的地，
那些客人沒有看到的準備工作，也是我們每天認真做好的事情。

The driver’s work doesn’t end when the passengers get out.
Cleaning the seats, wiping down the interior, tidying the floor mats, and removing any dust or debris left from the previous trip—these may seem like small, everyday tasks, but they are part of our drivers’ daily routine.
So when the next passengers open the door, they are welcomed by a clean, tidy, and comfortable vehicle.
One journey ends, and the vehicle is cleaned and prepared.
Then it’s ready to welcome the next passengers and begin another journey.
Good service isn’t only about getting our passengers safely to their destination.
It’s also about all the preparation behind the scenes that our drivers take care of every day.
