今年はフランス・ナント市にて、IFLA2025*（第61回国際造園家会議世界大会9月10日－12日）が開催されます。

この大会招致に尽力した、元ナント市庭園・公園局長ジャック・ソワニョン氏（Jacques Soignon：Director Parks & Gardens Department 2001-2020, Nantes, FRANCE）来日の機会に、ナント市最新の公園緑地事情を紹介する講演会です。ナント市は2010年からEUにて開催されている、「欧州グリーン首都賞（European Green Capital Award）」の第3回目の受賞都市「欧州グリーン首都2013」でした。でもあり、（https://eumag.jp/issues/c0613）フランスでは唯一です。

フランス・ナント市で開催される IFLA WORLD 2025 会議は、地球規模の気候変動という状況の中で開催されます。都市や地域で適応し、回復力を構築するには、根本的かつ体系的な変革が必要です。
ランドスケープ アーキテクトという職業は、こうした取り組みにおいて中心的な役割を果たし、生きた土壌、生物多様性、持続可能な水管理を優先する都市アプローチを推進しています。ランドスケープ アーキテクトは、都市、農林業、工業、自然地域のあらゆる規模で活動しています。ランドスケープ アーキテクトは、住民が変革のダイナミクスを利用できるようにする参加型プロジェクト アプローチを通じて、環境の変化を予測するのに貢献します。
地域の変革をサポートするために、ランドスケープ アーキテクトは自然に基づくソリューション(NbS)を開発します。そのために、利用可能なすべての社会環境情報源、データ システム、その他のデジタル ツールを活用します。これらのツールは、人工知能と組み合わせることで、プロジェクトですでに利用できる調査および表現方法を補完するようになりました。
IFLA WORLD 2025 会議は、世界中の実務家や研究者からのベストプラクティスや挑戦を共有する機会であり、ランドスケープ アーキテクトや関連専門家の活動をさらに高め、効果的なものにすることを目的としています。

The IFLA WORLD 2025 congress in Nantes will take place in the context of global climate change, where adapting and building resilience in cities and territories requires profound and systemic transformations.
The profession of landscape architects plays a central role in these efforts, promoting urban approaches that prioritize living soils, biodiversity, and sustainable water management. It operates across all scales of metropolitan, agro-forestral, industrial or/and natural territories. It helps to anticipate environmental changes through participatory project approaches that make transformative dynamics accessible to inhabitants.
To support the transformation of territories, landscape architects develop nature-based solutions: to this end, they leverage all available sources of socio-environmental information, data systems and others digital tools. Combined with artificial intelligence, these tools now complement the survey and representation methods already at their disposal for their projects.
The IFLA WORLD 2025 congress is an opportunity to share best practices and insights from practitioners and researchers around the world, aiming to make the actions of landscape architects and associated professionals even more virtuous and effective.

趣旨：平和を祈る聖地である都市、広島の中心に立地するエディオンピースウイング広島。広島城、旧太田川、中央公園等に近接する「まちなかスタジアム」は サッカーのスタジアム機能だけでなく、周辺の施設や空間と複合的な関係性をつくることで、スポーツを軸にした多面的な価値を発揮するスタジアムとして計画されてきた。365日、日常的な利活用が行われるまちなかスタジアムは、日本が世界に誇るスポーツ施設の新しいタイポロジーであるともいえよう。本エキスパートサークルでは、本スタジアムの設計に関わった環境デザイン研究所の仙田満氏、大成建設の川野久雄氏・伊藤真樹氏をゲストに迎え、プロジェクトをご紹介いただいた後に意見交換を行う。

地球、地域、都市、建築、インテリア、ディスプレイ、遊具、サインなど、それぞれの関係性を重視した環境デザインを行う。2005年上海旗忠森林体育城テニスセンター、2009年広島市民球場 ” Mazda Zoom-Zoom スタジアム広島”等、数多くのスポーツ施設を手掛ける。
川野久雄・伊藤真樹
スタジアム、アリーナを中心としたスポーツ・文化施設の設計を手がける。スポーツ施設の作品に2001年札幌ドーム、2015年等々力スタジアムメインスタンド、2019年国立競技場、2020年日環アリーナ栃木等がある。

Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima is located in the center of Hiroshima, a city that is a sacred place to pray for peace. "City-Center Stadium" is close to Hiroshima Castle, Ota River, Chuo Park, etc .It has been planned to not only function as a soccer stadium, but also to create a complex relationship with surrounding facilities and spaces to provide multifaceted value centered on sports. City-Center Stadium, which is used on a daily basis 365 days a year, can be said to be a new typology of Japan's world-class sports facilities. This expert circle will welcome guests Prof.Dr.Mitsuru Senda from EDI and the team from Taisei Corporation, who were involved in the design of this stadium, to introduce the project and then exchange opinions. Webinar will be conducted both in Japanese and English.
