BIRTHPLACE OF JAPANESE SAKE ITAMI SAKE BREWERY（Itami City）
Itami is known as the birthplace of Japanese sake.
At Shirayuki Brewery Village Chojugura, operated by the long-established Konishi Brewery, a museum introduces the culture of sake brewing, along with opportunities to taste Japanese sake.
A distinctive highlight of the visit is the pouring performance of Awa-nigori, a sparkling unpasteurized sake.
日本清酒発祥の地といわれる伊丹市。
老舗酒蔵・小西酒造の『白雪ブルワリービレッジ長寿蔵』では、酒造りの文化を伝える資料館とともに、日本酒を味わうことができます。発泡性の生酒「淡にごり」を注ぐパフォーマンスも、この場所ならではの楽しみのひとつ。
