昔から、そう呼ばれていた熊野は、かつての紀伊国牟婁（むろ）郡、現在の和歌山県南部～三重県南部をさし、現在でもその片鱗がうかがえ、豊かな森に包まれています。

Exploring myself in Cinque Terre.
I hiked Monterosso to Manarola and took a train to Riomaggiore, then hike Via dell' Amore to Manarola.
It was super nice scenery, trail was harder than I thought, lots of steep staircases up and down.
So I finished most of things that I wanted to do this time.
Only 1 other things left, "Lapo's wedding" will be tomorrow.

Exploring myself in Lucca and Pisa.
Wow, Lucca was beautiful town, wanna be back and walk around bit more.
And Pisa was Pisa, but not only the Tower, Cathedral was very beautiful.
Most of Cathedral has these kind of tower, Shingon Buddhism temple also has tower that we call "daito".
surprised how similarly they have.

Italy Day 4, in Firenze.
First time taking train myself, went to Firenze.
Art and art day, stucking in Uffizi whole day.

Italy Day 3, in Firenze.
Wow, very nice town, beautiful side deep history.
We enjoyed a lot, I'm gonna be back myself tomorrow.
And good to have a chance to practice Aikido in Firenze too.

Day 2 in Italy,
We visited Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore early in the morning.
I just wanted to say "thank you and rest in peace" to Papa Francisco, of course I'm Buddhist but all the religious leader will be the same, facing to peace,

Then we were heading to Toscana, visited Pienza in the way, finally got to 's place.

Italy trip Day 1,
My friend picked me up at airport and walked around Rome with his friend also very goodguide .
Wow, of course I already knew long and deep history in Rome, but those were more than I thought.
Yeah, I know the meaning "Rome wasn't built in a day"

【Guiding】
It was nice to be in the forest in rainy day, guiding hiking from Fushiogami-oji to Kumano Hongu Taisha shrine.
We felt lots of energy of the nature, also got nice view.

It was my Aikido Master's birthday, 14th May.
He is 94 years old, still on the mattress and give us the hardest practice.

I'm so grateful I got to learn from Annomoto Michi — it was such a lucky connection.

【Guiding 】
Got a guiding request from a guest I guided over ten years ago — this time for her niece — so I headed to Koyasan.
We started at the temple complex "Garan", checked out Kongobu-ji temple, and wrapped up the day at Okunoin.
Tomorrow, we’ll be hiking the Omine Okugake trail.
