Soki Soba!

Our Feature Friday Photo of the week goes to …and one of our favorite Okinawa foods! Okinawa soba noodles are made from 100% wheat flour and the soup stock is a combination of pork bones and dried bonito flakes. Then, the bowl is topped with sweet and spicy pork ribs (Soki), kamaboko, pickled ginger, and green onions. Have you tried Soki Soba? What are you waiting for?
