More than 340 have died and left their remains there on Mount Everest, and some of them only serve as signs or landmarks. 💪☠💪

Because it's too dangerous to pick up the bodies scattered on the side of Mount Everest, most climbers stay where they fell while trying to reach the world's highest peak. 🏔⛰ 🏔

The part of Mt. Everest called the “death zone” which is at 8,000 meters above sea level has dangerous, thin oxygen, which makes it difficult to carry co**ses down and challenges helicopters to operate due to extremely thin air. 🧊❄️

Besides, the cost of retrieval of the co**se is high, and many families prefer to leave the co**ses in the mountains in honor of the fallen mountaineer.
