Oh, Laikipia.
Ever changing landscapes that become more dramatic with every step and a density and diversity of wildlife that needs to be seen to be believed. It is always such a privilege to ride in Laikipia.
So far we have seen, lion, leopard, elephant, black rhino, white rhino, buffalo, striped hyena, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx, bat-eared fox, gerenuk, Jackson’s haartebeest and many other weird and wonderful creatures. And all from the back of a horse.
We are so grateful to all of the conservancies that work so hard to protect this extraordinary corner of the world and allow us to cross the land.
