Responsibilities
Research and develop inbound and outbound tour packages for various destinations both local and international
Develop and execute innovative Tour and Travel programs/plans that attract customers
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary/ tour packages.
Negotiate competitive rates
Offer and promote different services and offerings
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the hospitality industry
Tour briefing: provide details to the clients on the services booked, general information and requirements
Qualifications and Competencies
5 years experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in Tours and Travel a MUST
Active listening and good communication skills.
Self driven with high level of integrity.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills
Strong time management and organization skills.
Good business acumen
Salary is based on retainer and commissions
